The perfect companion to an asado set up is a large wooden chopping board.
The large board is approximately 70cm x 40cm. Perfect for whole asado lambs and racks of beef ribs.
Like our metalwork products this is also hand made in Dorset. Every board is unique. It has a routed juice groove to catch all that incredible flavour.
The boards are made from either oak, beech or elm. Occasionally we will have other species too.
