Some things are just done better in Basque Country – and one of those things is grilling turbot. For generations, the Basque people have been bringing out the delicious flavours of this fish by grilling it over open flames using a simple but effective Turbot Clamp. It means you can turn the fish to grill to perfection, without it falling apart. For days when turbot isn’t on the menu, you can use the clamp as a hanging basket for veg and other meat. It’s Basque in style, but hand forged in our workshop in Dorset, UK.
